                                            FM Series Wind Selection Mill

Brief Introduction:

  At present, domestic ball mills all have the disadvantages of lower production capacity and high energy consumption. Therefore, in order to boost production capacity, come cement plants have done a series of reformations about the inside structure of mill as well as adding separators. However, subsequent effects are not like the expected ones.

  Based on the above situations, our company has developed new type FM Wind Selection Mill, which is broadly applied in the grindings of cement, mine slag and steel slag as well as in the metallurgy and chemical industry. Our new product has realized the new type process requirements of grinding and reached the best effects of grinding with the separation of crushing and grinding and more crushing while less grinding. Now, our FM series wind selection mill has been granted the national patent (Patent No.: 200520074062.3), and also has got through the test of Chinas Building Materials Industrial Association.

Main Features:

1.      Small investment, no failure, lower electricity consumption and less maintenance;

2.      The abrasion consumption of steel balls is small in crushing, and the unqualified steel balls from FM mill could be used by ball mill;

3.      The crushing ratio and fine powder are high with the combination of crushing and grinding;

4.      The crushing efficiency is high with lower energy consumption;

5.      The feeding moisture could be broadened properly, and input iron blocks have not influence on machine;

6.      The feeding size of material is less than 80mm;

7.      Output fineness: 95% less than 2mm with 40%~50% less than 80um;

8.      Production capacity is increased by 40%~60%, and increase the total surface area by 30~50m²/kg;

9.      The mixture proportion could be raised by 5%~8%, and feeding moisture could be widened by 1%~1.5%

10.  Ball mill temperature could be decreased by 20~30,and electricity consumption could be reduced by 5-10kwh/t.
