Urea melting spraying granulating has been adopted for the process therefore the granulating temperature is raised and the consumption of vapor as liquid phase is granulating machine is decreased thus light the load for drying and save the consumption of energy.

  All materials of this technology are adopted automatic control ,which has great control ability for the nutrient content of the product and ensured the its output.

  Thermocouples are used to measure and display all temperatures of urea melting tank and drier.

  It may produce compound fertilizers with high nitrogen content.
